- •Ideogram: AI image generation service used for creating visual content on our Site, including blog post images and marketing materials.
- •Facebook/Meta (Graph API): Used for social media integration and advertising. If you interact with our Facebook presence, Meta's data practices apply.

- •Conversation data is processed by Anthropic's servers to generate AI responses. Anthropic's data handling practices apply to this processing.
- •AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies. All property information, market data, and recommendations provided by the AI should be verified with a licensed real estate professional.
- •Some visual content on our Site, including blog post images and marketing graphics, may be generated using AI image generation tools (Ideogram).
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including:
- •Lead and contact data: Retained for up to 3 years from your last interaction with us, or until you request deletion.
- •AI Concierge transcripts: Retained for up to 2 years from the conversation date, or until you request deletion.
