After sending an opt-out keyword, you will receive a single confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further messages from our SMS program unless you opt in again.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and compatibility with your device. We cannot guarantee delivery of every message and are not responsible for messages that are not received due to carrier issues, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, MetroPCS, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through our program.

Privacy and Data Sharing

Your privacy is important to us. We handle your phone number and SMS data as follows:

• •Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
• •We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

10DLC Compliance

Our SMS program is sent from a 10-digit long code (10DLC) phone number that is registered in compliance with carrier requirements and the Campaign Registry. Our SMS sending number is (505) 494-1599, delivered through Telnyx.

TCPA Compliance

Our SMS messaging program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. Section 227. We obtain express written consent before sending marketing text messages, maintain accurate opt-out records, and promptly honor all opt-out requests.
