• •The AI Concierge is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed real estate professional, attorney, mortgage lender, home inspector, appraiser, or other qualified professional.
• •Conversations with the AI Concierge are recorded and stored. They may be reviewed by our team to provide follow-up services and improve our offerings.
• •We are not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on information provided by the AI Concierge.

4. Listing and Market Data Accuracy

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal remedies.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
